The Ark-La-Tex Chapter
Having made application to become affiliated with the Retired Officers Association and such application having been approved by the board of directors of the association, now therefore I, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the Retired Officers Association, do hereby declare and certify the above named organization to be an affiliate of The Retired Officers Association.
This charter shall remain in force as long as such organization adheres to and upholds the declared principles and objectives of the Retired Officers Association as set forth in the bylaws of the association.
